You guys made our stay excellent! The hotel is based a few steps away from kannapuram temple, popular spot in the city. Free parking was provided to the guests.

We liked everything at Niya Regency including staff and food. Siva pond is right by the hotel. Within walking distance of Holyfamily convent. We loved the pool.
